Lifetime Warranty: any modification, alteration, or change to the preprinted terms and conditions of this limited warranty is invalid and of no force or effect. This limited warranty is not an insurance policy; it is a limited warranty provided by the selling dealer at no additional charge. All obligations and liabilities for repairs covered by this limited warranty are those of the selling dealer. (*2) The seller’s obligation to repair or replace any part covered by this limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy to you and such obligation is in lieu of all other express warranties; any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose applicable to the vehicle is limited in duration to the limited warranty term. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In addition, the seller shall not be liable for an incidental, consequential, commercial or exemplary losses or damages resulting from (a) the breach of this limited warranty, (b) any implied warranty or (c) failure of any part of the vehicle.
